The Leadstart CRM is a customized DjangoCRM platform built and maintained by Leadstart Media to power our sales operations. It is available exclusively to authorized sales agents — access is restricted by IP address, and a VPN connection is required at all times before the system can be reached.
For security, only one login per user is permitted. Multiple simultaneous logins are not allowed, and sessions are automatically signed out after an extended period of inactivity.
Your login credentials will be delivered by email to the address used in your signed contract agreement. If you are locked out of your account or forget your password, contact an administrator to restore access — there is no self-service reset.

All CRM access requires an active VPN connection. Follow the three steps below to get connected with OpenVPN Connect.
Download the OpenVPN Connect – OpenVPN App from the Google Play Store on your device. Open the app after installation to review and agree to the data usage policy.
Upload the .ovpn file or enter the URL provided by our IT team or VPN provider.
Toggle the switch next to your connection profile to establish your VPN connection. You'll see a status indicator when your connection is active. The connection must be on at all times before access.
